Republishing Guidelines

Last Updated: August 21, 2026

At San Jose Cecil, we welcome responsible sharing of our rare-coin research and educational content. These Republishing Guidelines explain how our original articles and materials may be referenced or republished.

1. General Permission

Our articles and original editorial content are protected by applicable copyright laws. Republishing, reproducing, or distributing substantial portions of our content generally requires prior written permission from San Jose Cecil.

Short excerpts may be used for legitimate commentary, criticism, news reporting, or educational purposes where permitted by applicable law.

2. Attribution

When referencing or quoting San Jose Cecil content, please provide clear attribution to San Jose Cecil and identify the original article where reasonably possible.

Attribution should not imply that San Jose Cecil endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with the website, organization, product, or service republishing the material.

3. Links to Original Content

When referencing one of our articles online, we encourage publishers to direct readers to the original San Jose Cecil article so they can access the complete and most current version.

4. Republishing Full Articles

Full or substantially complete republication of a San Jose Cecil article requires prior written permission.

Requests should include:

  • The title or subject of the article
  • The website or publication where the content will appear
  • The intended use of the content
  • The expected publication date
  • A link to the proposed publication, if available

Permission requests can be sent to:

Email: hkdigitech1@gmail.com

5. Editing Our Content

Do not substantially alter, rewrite, or modify our articles in a way that changes their meaning while presenting the material as an original San Jose Cecil article.

If permission is granted for republication, any agreed editorial changes should be clearly communicated in advance.

6. Images and Media

Permission to republish an article does not automatically grant permission to reproduce photographs, illustrations, graphics, or other media appearing with that article.

Some visual materials may belong to third parties and may have separate copyright or licensing requirements.

Publishers are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission for third-party materials.

7. Commercial Use

Commercial republication, syndication, redistribution, or use of substantial San Jose Cecil content for advertising, marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes requires prior written permission.

Additional licensing terms may apply depending on the intended use.

8. Social Media Sharing

Readers may share links to San Jose Cecil articles through social media and other platforms, provided the sharing does not misrepresent the original content or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

9. Accuracy and Context

Anyone referencing San Jose Cecil content should preserve the original meaning and context. Content should not be selectively edited or presented in a way that creates a misleading impression about a coin, its history, rarity, or potential value.

10. Updates and Corrections

Our articles may be updated or corrected over time. Republishing an older version of an article may result in outdated information.

Where practical, publishers should direct readers to the original San Jose Cecil article for the latest version.

11. Unauthorized Republishing

San Jose Cecil reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding unauthorized reproduction, republication, distribution, or commercial use of its copyrighted content.

These guidelines do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable copyright law.
